We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging to request a replacement.
We do not replace or refund candles that have been used, burned, or damaged after delivery.
